The 2.5D phase-deflection array imaging system is a high-precision optical inspection system based on phase-deflection technology, specifically designed for surface defect detection of smooth, mirror-like objects. Through computational imaging technology, the system can accurately capture phase changes on the object's surface, reconstructing its three-dimensional morphological features. It is suitable for surface inspection of smooth, mirror-like objects, enabling non-destructive testing of various defects such as scratches, foreign objects, abrasions, minor pits, and bumps.
