The high-speed linear array 2.5D vision inspection system kit consists of a camera, acquisition card, light source, light source controller, laser accessories, and matching cables. When setting up a 2.5D solution, customers only need to select the appropriate 2.5D kit, along with a lens and dongle. Utilizing high-speed programmable fringe imaging technology, phase fringes are projected onto the sample surface. Real-time synchronous acquisition is achieved through a linear array camera, combined with a high-precision demodulation algorithm to obtain height variation information on the surface of the object under test. This clearly reveals a range of defects on highly reflective and transparent workpiece surfaces, including scratches, dents, dirt, foreign objects, and dullness.

1. A single shot can output multiple result images, accurately detecting various defects on the sample surface such as small bumps, fine scratches, dirt, foreign objects, and dullness, featuring composite detection capabilities.

2. Effectively removes background interference and surface reflection effects, sensitively detecting changes in workpiece surface depth, suitable for defect detection in highly reflective and transparent objects.

3. The 2.5D system can be used in conjunction with the Vision Master algorithm development platform to simultaneously achieve 2.5D imaging and defect recognition.
