Sony IMX487-AAMJ is an active pixel type solid-state CMOS sensor with a diagonal of 11.1mm (2/3 inch) and 8.13 million effective pixels. The sensor adopts a global shutter mode with variable charge integration. It can achieve high sensitivity and low dark current for the UV band of 200nm-400nm.
